Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, opened consumables, and items marked as final sale.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at petsr4us@outlook.com with photos of the damage and we will make it right.

Exchanges

We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at petsr4us@outlook.com.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
