Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Times Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier. Most orders arrive within 7-20 business days. Some items may arrive sooner. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Carriers We work with a network of trusted suppliers and carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and ePacket, depending on the product and your location.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 US states.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
